Linguistics universal that is expression that is masquerade in all of natural language (universal means all). Universal also means natural, and a ‘linguistics’ is a scientific study of language. It means language relates with natural , it means in this context natural language. About natural language, can be related with human languages or human languages that are normally acquirable. Or systematically, universal language create a scheme in all of natural language. In translation, linguistics universal has possibility to translate or possible to do translate.

B. A Linguistic relativity (Sapir–Whorf hypothesis)

Linguistic relativity According by Sapir–Whorf hypothesis, it is a concept, its concept is bring up that structure of language sway speakers‘ world view or cognition and people's perceptions. Therefore, a language that spoken by people’s perception are relative. (Sapir–Whorf hypothesis) states the structure of a language impress the way to conceptualize. Or, explain about people cannot loose from definitely language and cognition, but in people’s environment there

is culture too can make speakers‘ world view or cognition, and thus people's perceptions. And the possibility to translate is impossible.

Things that influence thinking and behavior in other certain areas but it can always be overcome with the techniques of translation, they are so needed.

4. Do you want to rely on machine translation only? Why or why not?

Why not? I don’t want to rely on machine translation fully, because so far I pay attention about text that use machine translation or not use machine translation. I had ever found a mistake in gender or wrong gender use in machine translation, usually in machine translation write ‘dia’ with ‘he’ and ‘dia’ is a neutral gender because it can containing two genders, so I cannot rely fully use machine translation because in translation machine cannot detection a pronoun. The second case that I found about name, I found someone typing ‘password’ but In this context or was talking about literary work and its main characters is ‘Sandi’, it so weird and funny when I watched it. And, the next one about my opinion, machine has no feel when we translate about poem, literature, and song lyrics. And the last, sometimes the translation looks very robotic and makes no sense. However, if you want to translate each one by one word machine translation always provides the right translation result.

Sometimes I think I rely machine translation, because can be saving time. Machine translation ease human translation. But I choose to Semi-automatic translation that mix between machine translation and human translation. produced by computer is revised by human beings.
